Brewing Instructions (Phin Coffee):
Add 20–25g (≈ 3 tablespoons) of coffee into the Phin filter.
Pour 20ml of hot water into the Phin and let the coffee bloom for at least 5 minutes. Then pour an additional 50ml of hot water and wait for full extraction.
Add condensed milk, sugar, or ice according to your preference and enjoy.
