The concentrated formula makes it easy to prepare a flavorful hot pot broth without extensive seasoning. Simply dilute one pack with hot water and add your favorite meat, seafood, vegetables, mushrooms, and noodles.
Directions:

Dissolve 1 pack (2.9 oz / 82g) in 1 liter of boiling water. One pack serves approximately 2–3 people.

Add lemongrass, pineapple, tomato, or additional herbs if desired.

Once the broth is boiling, dip thinly sliced beef, seafood, mushrooms, and vegetables into the broth.
