This tea has a gentle pineapple ginseng aroma, dark greenish-black tea leaves, and a golden infusion when brewed. The harmonious blend of pineapple ginseng fragrance and the slightly bitter taste of tea creates an enchanting flavor.
Pineapple ginseng tea contains EGCG, which helps with weight loss, improves skin health, and stabilizes cholesterol levels.
Brewing Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare a teapot, teacups, fair cup, and tea strainer (avoid using metal teapots to preserve the tea's flavor).
- Step 2: Rinse the teapot and teacups with hot water to enhance the tea's aroma.
- Step 3: Add the tea leaves to the teapot—about 10g per 100ml of water. The ideal water temperature is 80°C.
- Step 4: "Awaken" the tea by pouring a small amount of hot water just enough to cover the leaves, swirl the teapot, then discard the water. This step should be done quickly.
- Step 5: Gently pour hot water into the teapot until full, then cover it. Continue pouring hot water around the teapot to steep the tea for 30 seconds for the first infusion. The steeping time can be slightly increased for subsequent infusions, depending on personal taste and experience.
- Step 6: Pour the tea into cups and enjoy.
