Description:
Miss Vietspice Complete Quang Noodle Seasoning makes it easy to prepare Mì Quảng, a traditional noodle dish from Central Vietnam.
The seasoning combines turmeric, chili, lemongrass, shallot, coriander, fennel, pepper, onion, and other spices to create a flavorful broth and seasoning base for chicken, pork ribs, or shrimp.
Directions:

Marinate 1 pack (2.3 oz) of seasoning with 2.2 lbs of chicken, pork ribs, or shrimp for 20 minutes.

Heat a little oil and sauté shallots until fragrant. Add the marinated meat or shrimp and stir-fry until well coated.

Add approximately 3–4 cups of water and cook over high heat for 15–20 minutes.

Add quail eggs and cook for another 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Serve with Quang noodles, fresh vegetables, banana blossom, green onions, peanuts, lime, and chili.
