Brewing methods:
Phin method:
25 g coffee + 50 ml boiling water (92–95°C), bloom for 30 seconds, then add 100 ml water.
Espresso machine:
Grind 18–20 g finely, extract for 25–30 seconds to achieve a thick crema and rich flavor.
Suitable for cafés, offices, and home use.
