Phin Brewing Instructions
Step 1: Rinse the phin filter with hot water to warm it.
Step 2: Add about 20 g of ground coffee (around 3 teaspoons) into the filter and shake gently to level the coffee.
Step 3: Pour about 20 ml of hot water evenly over the coffee surface.
Step 4: After 15–20 seconds, when the coffee has absorbed the water and expanded, gently press the inner filter. Then add about 45 ml of boiling water.
Step 5: Add sugar, milk, or ice as desired.
