Hương Việt Xưa Pha Lau Marinade Sauce is a convenient seasoning blend for making Pha Lau, a traditional Vietnamese-style braised dish. Blended with five-spice and aromatic herbs and spices, it adds a rich savory aroma and a beautiful brown color to the dish.
The sauce is designed to help beef offal, tripe, pork stomach, or pig ears absorb the seasoning while cooking until tender.
Directions:

Marinate 800g–1kg (1.8–2.2 lbs) of beef offal, beef tripe, pork stomach, or pig ears with 1 pack of seasoning for about 30 minutes.

Stir-fry the marinated ingredients until lightly browned.

Add 400ml fresh coconut water, cover, and simmer until tender.

Add milk, coconut milk, or cornstarch according to taste.

Serve with Vietnamese bread, rice noodles, or steamed rice.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep sealed after opening.
